When you train is a personal preference.

From early morning to lunchtime and late evening, everyone has their favourite time to exercise, and flexibility is one of the greatest assets of the sport.

Physiologically speaking, early afternoon has been found to be amongst the best times to train.

This is when the body is fully awake, loosened up and you have had the opportunity to be well fuelled and hydrated.

However, if early morning or midnight is most suitable for you, there’s nothing to say you can’t train whenever you wish.

Do what fits into your schedule, and remember to stay consistent!
