Be sure to mark your calendars for the…
Galloway Captiva Triathlon at the beautiful South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island on September 17 (Saturday) and September 18 (Sunday)!
On Saturday, there will be a kids race, and on Sunday the adult sprint!
  • clear waters,
  • flat, fast biking, and
  • a beautiful run course!

There will also be lots of extra’s for the family, including:

  • bounce houses,
  • face painting,
  • games,
  • expo, and
  • more!

As of today, there are less than 200 total spots remaining, and the price goes up on August 1st!

Hi, and welcome to my new blog, Triathlon Training is Fun!

It’s so important to me to be able to help you reach your goals!

I’m really excited about my new blog because it’s going to help me assure you get a great understanding for what it takes to ‘practice with purpose’ and most importantly, reach your goals.
