The number one cause of burnout is…

excessive overload or simply doing too much, too soon, too fast.
You can quickly get overexcited and attempt to do more than your body can handle.
You can catch these overtraining symptoms through monitoring your motivation level.
Are you enthusiastic or uninterested and lacking desire about your next exercise date.
If you feel like the latter, then you might want to review your previous exercise routines and see if you are overtraining.
Are you more physically tired or sore than you usually are after your last workout?
This might mean that you are overtraining.
Overtraining isn’t only a physical condition, but an emotional and behavioral one as well.
If you are overtraining on you anaerobic exercises then you will experience an increased speed in you body processes.
If you are overtraining your aerobic exercises you will experience the opposite, a decrease in body process speed.
