set a baseline.

Performance testing will help assess your current fitness and natural abilities in terms of:

  • muscular strength,
  • endurance, and
  • speed.

Without an accurate fitness assessment, you will never know if performance is improving, staying the same or declining.

As the saying goes – you can’t change what you don’t measure!
